Our strategy is quite simple. On our first visit we'll ask questions that I need answers to so that we can understand your short and long term goals. Learning about your financial abilities, challenges, and goals is a crucial part of the initial process in helping us create a unique strategy to help you accomplish them! We also network with the top professionals and service providers in our area and once we determine our strategy and understand our next step, we can refer you to those who will enhance the process and help us achieve our goals.

If you're buyer looking for an agent to open doors for you, or you're a seller that is looking for the lowest commission structure, we are probably not the right choice. We are a value added team, and work with clients on an exclusive level. We develop an alliance and work together from start to finish. We don't go away once you've bought or sold and we're always around to help whether you have questions, need information, or looking for a referral to 3rd party industry professional. You can count on us when you need help, regardless of what you are looking for.

We have a very straight forward approach. When most realtors will tell you what you want to hear, we will give it to you straight. Whether it is good news or bad, you deserve to know the truth. We are realistically optimistic and experienced enough to know how much we can push the envelope, and we are always looking to attract the best case scenario for our clients.

This is a full time business for us, and helping every person we meet to the best of our ability is a high priority for us. Personally, when I'm not working, My wife and I love to enjoy the Southern California lifestyle. Beaches, tennis, exercise, and hanging with friends are what make up most of our off time. My wife, Tania (who also works with me), and I love to travel and sometimes it makes me sad that I know I'll never get to see all the places we want to see. I love Vegas, craft beers, and have an unhealthy and new found obsession with Golf!
